This website is built to be private by default. It sets no marketing cookies, runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts, and collects personal data only where you actively provide it — for example through the contact form.
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits (IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data is required to deliver the website reliably and securely and constitutes our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted according to the provider's retention cycle.
[Hosting-Anbieter eintragen, z. B. Vercel Inc. — inkl. Hinweis auf ggf. bestehende Auftragsverarbeitungsverträge.]
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, subject, message) solely to handle your inquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (responding to general inquiries). Messages are deleted once the conversation is concluded, unless statutory retention duties require otherwise.
Your display preference (light or dark mode) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This value never leaves your device and contains no personal data.
This website links to the independent websites of our brands and to external platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub). Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@yasserderhem.com.
